OXNARD : Police Seek Help in Locating Truck

The Oxnard Police Department is asking for help in locating a pickup truck linked with a June 25 slaying in La Colonia.
The truck is described as a black Mitsubishi with dented front fenders and the words “Mighty Max” inscribed on the tailgate. Police said it was used in the midnight slaying of Emiliano Michel, 14, of Oxnard.
No suspects have been identified in the slaying, but witnesses said a white male with curly blond hair intentionally ran over Michel with the truck at the intersection of 1st Street and Bernarda Court.
