Davy Jones had the fastest average speed in race history and easily beat Chip Robinson in the Grand Prix of Road America IMSA race at Elkhart Lake, Wis. Jones averaged 122.491 m.p.h. in a Jaguar XJR-16 to beat Robinson’s Nissan NPT-91 by 19.945 seconds.
