VENTURA : Man Arrested on Utah Parole Charges
A Ventura man charged with violating parole in Utah was arrested at his home by FBI agents and Ventura police officers Thursday, police said.
Brian Albert Nicholas, 24, was arrested at his Webster Street apartment on suspicion of unlawfully fleeing confinement in Salt Lake City. His parole stemmed from an earlier forgery conviction, according to a statement by the FBI.
