Rooms for $63 per person per night are available at deluxe and first-class hotels in Spain through Fourth Dimension Tours of Miami, operator of a hotel pass program. A minimum of three nights required. Passes are accepted at nearly 40 Melia and Sol hotels in 26 Spanish cities. The program operates through January. Guarantees a room at any participating hotel until 8 p.m. without reservations. For arrivals after 8 p.m., space must be booked in advance. In addition, voucher booklets for two adults and a child under 12 sell for $378 for three nights (extra nights available for $63 per guest). The vouchers (sold only outside Spain) should be purchased before leaving the United States. “Leaf-Peepers”: Country inns in New Hampshire’s White Mountains are operating a toll-free reservation line--(800) 562-1300--for fall leaf-peepers. Calls taken 24 hours a day, now through the end of October. Last year, the association booked more than 10,000 reservations. Accommodations should be reserved now. September/October fill up early.
