Railroad Brakeman Killed

BRANT, N.Y. —
A Conrail brakeman was killed Monday when an empty wire spool on an oncoming train fell off and struck the engine of his train. Police said the accident happened on parallel tracks about 25 miles southwest of Buffalo.
