County Bonuses
Cheers to Molina on her stand questioning the $3 million in county management bonuses (Metro, Aug. 23).
County government is not a money-making business. The very idea of cash bonuses to county employees is mind-boggling. This money is not excess profit. It is taxpayers’ money to be used for more or better service to the taxpayers.
With the unemployment numbers growing each month, county employees might consider just having a good job bonus enough.
