ROAD NOTES
Here are some of the closures Caltrans plans on area freeways this week:
In Baldwin Park, one lane of the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway (10) will be closed Monday from Frazier Street to Baldwin Park Boulevard from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In Pasadena, two lanes of the westbound Foothill Freeway (210) at Altadena Drive will be closed Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In El Monte, the Baldwin Avenue and Flair Drive off-ramps on the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway (10) will be closed Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
