Officials Identify Body Found in Flood Basin
A body found shot and burned in a Tarzana flood basin was identified Sunday as that of a 31-year-old Reseda resident by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
Randell Gandy was found dead Friday about 11 p.m. in a basin at Etiwanda Avenue and Burbank Boulevard, adjacent to the Ventura Freeway, Los Angeles police said.
An autopsy has not yet been performed, Deborah Peterson of the coroner’s office said.
