Thomas Loses This Vote for Place on the Court

Now that our 1992 Olympic basketball team has been officially stocked with the NBA’s best, everyone behind this misguided effort can feel great knowing they have reduced a competitive event in Barcelona to a demonstration sport. Me, I prefer watching a good game to waving the flag, especially when there’s already a place for showcasing the best basketball talent in the world. It’s called the NBA All-Star game.
