CARL WHO? Who’s next in line to join the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Humphrey Bogart at the Movieland Wax Museum? How about Carl Karcher? That’s right. The hamburger mogul, above, will become the first non-movie celebrity inducted into the museum. Spokesman Mark Edwards explains: “He is a strong community person and a prodigal son of Orange County.” . . . Karcher also has agreed to a joint promotion in which Carl’s Jr. restaurants will give away Movieland tickets.
