DANA POINT : Monarch Bay Man Joins Water Board
Neil M. Cline of Monarch Bay has been appointed to the board of directors of the Coastal Municipal Water District, replacing James Decker of Laguna Beach.
Decker, a 14-year board member, resigned recently for health reasons.
Cline, an active member in Orange County water agencies for 40 years, served for 20 years as general manager of the Orange County Water District.
The Coastal Municipal Water District is a wholesale water supplier that serves coastal areas from Newport Beach to San Clemente.
