FAIRER DAYS: If this year’s Orange County Fair was over before you knew it, make a note for next summer: the July, 1992, fair will be 17 days long, or five more than usual. The reason: It’s the county fair’s centennial celebration. . . . “We’re so jampacked with fun things planned, we had to have more days to do it all,” says spokeswoman Pat Davis. The traditional 12-day run returns in 1993.
