Monrovia : Council to Meet Oct. 17

Monrovia’s Oct. 15 City Council meeting has been rescheduled for Oct. 17 because there would not have been a quorum on the regular meeting date.
A majority of Monrovia’s council members will be attending the annual meeting of the League of California Cities and would not be able to attend the Oct. 15 meeting, Mayor Robert Bartlett announced.
