A Hit by Idol?: A woman has accused rocker Billy Idol of beating her in the back seat of a car in which they were riding in West Hollywood. Amber Nevel, 22, told authorities that Idol hit her in the face early Friday. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment of a large bruise on her face and a cut on her lips. A Sheriff’s deputy said detectives would interview witnesses and submit their findings to the District Attorney’s office for possible charges.
