A PR Merger: Two high-tech public relations agencies in Orange County have announced plans for a merger.
Fisher Business Communications Inc. will combine with Cochrane Chase, Livingston Inc. & Co., both headquartered in Irvine. The new agency, called FBC/CCL, will maintain separate accounts and identities. Together, the firms have nearly 100 high-tech clients.
Principal partners include Robert J. Fisher and Ray Roschmann. Lynn Livingston, president of Cochrane Chase, will be active in business presentations and account management.
