‘Vincent & Theo,’ ‘Field’ Arrive

Here’s a look at recent releases that are arriving this week at video stores:

“The Field” (LIVE, $89.95, PG-13). Richard Harris received an Oscar nomination for this comeback performance about an Irishman who defends his land and his traditions against an American developer.

“Vincent & Theo” (Hemdale, $92.95, PG-13). Robert Altman’s view of Vincent van Gogh and the tormented artist’s relationship with his supportive brother received several critical raves. The excellent cast is led by Tim Roth and Paul Rhys.

Also: “Wait Until Spring, Bandini” (Warner, $89.99, PG) with Joe Mantegna and “The Object of Beauty” (LIVE, $89.95, R) with John Malkovich.

Vintage Video: “The Queen of Outer Space” (Fox, $14.98) is a camp classic from 1958 starring Zsa Zsa Gabor as the ruler of a planet dominated by women.
