IBM to Delay Product Debut: International Business Machines Corp. said it will delay the introduction of its new OS/2 version 2.0 operating system until March. The Armonk, N.Y.-based company had initially planned to have the new operating system ready by the end of this year but said it delayed its launch to add functions that customers requested during testing. IBM said before it makes OS/2 2.0 generally available, it will supply a version of it without the added features to a limited number of customers that request it.
