SKIPPING OUT: Laguna Manor, the Laguna Beach retirement home closed by state officials last month, is for sale. Owner Nick Lidoon, 58, says his family didn’t bother to attend a recent hearing to answer charges that they left elderly clients unattended for hours at a time. . . . “We know it’s all lies, so why bother?” Lidoon says. They plan to move out of California, probably to their native Philippines. Property asking price: $3.9 million.
