Opera House Fire: A fire destroyed one of Italy’s most important opera houses Sunday. No one was injured in the blaze at the Petruzzelli Theater in Bari, on Italy’s southern Adriatic coast. The 88-year-old theater featured many of Italy’s most famous operas and performers. Authorities said that the cause of the fire was not clear but arson was a possibility.
