MOVING RIGHT ALONG: Larry Parrish, a power in Orange County two years ago when he was county administrative officer, hopes to return to the county. Now a Sacramento lobbyist, Parrish is among 500 applicants for the Newport Beach city manager’s job. . . . “I’m very interested,” he says.
