He Said, She Said: Geraldo Rivera took to the airwaves Wednesday to dispute Bette Midler’s version of a “fling” they supposedly had in the early ‘70s. “If she keeps up this interview rape talk, and saying I drugged her for sex, I’ll sue her,” Rivera said on Howard Stern’s anything-goes-languagewise radio show broadcast here on KLSX-FM. Midler made her assertions during an interview with Barbara Walters Tuesday night on ABC. The dispute stems from Rivera’s new book, “Exposing Myself,” in which he claims to have had sexual encounters with Midler and other stars. Rivera said “not only did it happen precisely” as he wrote, but added that he has “all kinds of witnesses.”
