The Chicago Bulls signed veteran guard Rory Sparrow to a one-year contract and placed three-point specialist Craig Hodges on the injured list.
Hodges, a backup guard, underwent surgery Wednesday on his left knee and is expected to be out four to six weeks.
Sparrow, an 11-year veteran, played in 80 games last year for the Sacramento Kings.
