BLUE-CHIPPERS: Any college would love to get its hands on one of five local high schoolers named on Street and Smith’s preseason All-American teams. The magazine rates Brandon Jessie, Edison’s 6-5 forward, and Mater Dei’s Reggie Geary, a 6-2 guard, as “high honorable mention.” Estancia center Matt Fuerbringer, Kennedy center Jermaine Galloway and Los Alamitos forward Jason Cunningham are honorable mention. . . .
