A Dance to Freedom: Two Soviet dancers who disappeared at the end of the Kirov Ballet’s engagement at the Kennedy Center two weeks ago have asked for help from the U.S. government, the Immigration and Naturalization Service said Wednesday. Officials said earlier the pair may ask for political asylum. . . . And in San Jose, Costa Rica, three members of the Ballet Nacional de Cuba have deserted their troupe to seek political asylum in Costa Rica.
