Cat-Like Sounds Lead Man to Baby Left in Trash Bin

LAKELAND, Fla. —
A man drawn to a trash bin by a noise that sounded like cats found a baby wrapped in plastic amid a swarm of flies and garbage. The 8-pound, full-term girl had been born about two hours before her discovery Tuesday, police said. She was reported in good condition.
