Antelope Valley College football players David Brown, 20, Bradley Cole Jr., 20, and Gene Washington, 22, were each arraigned on one count of unlawful sexual intercourse, a felony, in Antelope Valley Municipal Court. The three were released pending a hearing Dec. 10.
The attack, involving a 14-year-old girl, allegedly took place at an Oct. 5 party held by some players, according to investigators for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
