Diamond Bar : Ranch Project Hearing Set
Diamond Bar and the City of Industry will hold a joint public hearing Thursday on how to develop the 800-acre Tres Hermanos Ranch.
The property is owned by Industry but lies within Diamond Bar. The cities are sharing a $150,000 consultant’s fee to draw up a conceptual development plan.
Fifty acres of the Tres Hermanos land have already been set aside for a future Diamond Ranch High School desired by north Diamond Bar residents. Students from the area now attend Ganesha High School in Pomona.
The meeting is at 7 p.m. in the South Coast Air Quality Management District building, 21865 E. Copley Drive, Diamond Bar.
