Broadway Bargains: The top ticket price for Broadway’s “Miss Saigon”--$100 for the front mezzanine--will drop to $65, while the price of all orchestra seats rises from $60 to $65, in changes that will go into effect March 9. Producer Cameron Mackintosh also will drop the bottom of the scale to $15, and he’ll sell a $15 ticket at his other mega-musicals in New York, “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Les Miserables,” and his upcoming “Five Guys Named Moe.”
