Ready, Aim, Fire: A handgun used as a prop in the play “Dead Wrong” in an Oklahoma City theater fired a real bullet and wounded the director. Kenneth Benton was accidentally shot through the armpit during the Sunday matinee performance. The script called for an actor to shoot at a mirror, but the bullet went through the set wall and hit Benton. Benton and the actor firing the .38-caliber handgun said they believed it contained blanks.
