Three Men Rob Store of $600,000 in Jewelry
Three armed men took $600,000 in jewelry from a Mid-Wilshire department store Monday night, Los Angeles police said.
Sgt. George Wright said holiday shoppers at the I. Magnin store at 3050 Wilshire Blvd. could give only the barest of information about the pistol-packing robbers, who apparently took the jewelry from a counter just inside a store entrance.
No shots were fired and one was injured during the 6 p.m. incident, Wright said.
