BAD TUNE: This Christmas story comes from the police blotter. . . . It happened late Sunday night at the Key Liquor Mart on Brookhurst Street in Huntington Beach. A man armed with a knife ordered a clerk to lie down and sing “Jingle Bells” as he and an accomplice took nearly $1,000 from the store’s cash register. Both robbers wore ski masks, and a third man joined them as they ran out of the store and fled on foot. The clerk was not injured.
