Perhaps the high school athletes who have difficulty scoring 700 on the SAT spend too much of their time trusting commentators such as Dick Enberg, “The 49ers have less field goals than any team in the NFL;” Al Michaels, “They have played superb this year,” and my personal favorite, Frank Gifford, “I am a USC alumni.”
