Disney Goes Goofy: This is going to be a goofy year at the Walt Disney Co., but for a reason. Every Disney business, from consumer products to home video to Disney theme parks, is turning the spotlight on Goofy in honor of the 60th anniversary of the floppy-eared character. A major component of the salute will be the premiere this fall of “Goof Troop,” a new animated TV series that will be part of “The Disney Afternoon” show.
