Heeeere’s Some TV News: The new voice coming from off-camera when Jay Leno takes over “The Tonight Show” on May 25 will be that of Edd Hall. Viewers may recognize Hall’s pipes from his voice-over work in “Married . . . With Children” and “Late Night With David Letterman.” . . . Jane Pauley will return to NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday through Friday as a guest host. Pauley will share anchor duties with Katie Couric, filling in for the vacationing Bryant Gumbel. . . . KCBS-TV Channel 2 has bought “The Kitty Kelley Show,” a five-day-a-week syndicated talk program hosted by the writer known for her unauthorized biographies; it’s set to air next fall.
