A robber held up a Camarillo branch of Security Pacific Bank on Wednesday and escaped with $800, authorities said.
The man, who appeared to be between 25 and 30 years old, entered the bank’s Village Square branch at 1656 Arneill Road around 2:15 p.m. and showed a teller a demand note, said sheriff’s Sgt. Keith Lazz.
He took the note with him, Lazz said.
The robber told the teller he had a gun, but no weapon was seen, Lazz said.
