ROAD NOTES
Here are some of the closures Caltrans plans on area freeways this week:
One lane of the westbound Foothill Freeway (210) at the Lowell Avenue underpass in Glendale will be closed Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
One northbound and one southbound lane of the Pasadena Freeway (110) from the Via Marisol overpass to Arroyo Seco Avenue underpass in Highland Park will be closed Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
