Guests include Republican candidate Pat Buchanan and Democratic candidates Paul Tsongas of Massachusetts and Sen. Bob Kerrey of Nebraska.

Craig Fuller, campaign adviser to President Bush, meanwhile joins “The Capital Gang” in a look at the President’s health care proposals and the troubles haunting Gov. Bill Clinton’s presidential campaign,4 and 8 p.m. on CNN.

Those seeking relief from politics or CBS’ Winter Olympics marathon can take refuge in comedy. Fox’s “Roc” will present a live episode--aired tape-delayed on the West Coast at 8:30 p.m. on Channels 11 and 6--performed without retakes or editing. Tommy Davidson guest-stars as a homeless man whose pregnant wife (Debbi Morgan) is invited into Roc’s home. Charles Dutton stars.

And “Caroline’s Comedy Hour” kicks off its third season on A&E; at 7 and 11 p.m., with a stand-up comedy special featuring performances by Gilbert Gottfried, Richard Belzer, Kevin Meaney, Dom Irerra and Bob Nelson. Colin Quinn hosts the hourlong program that also features cameo appearances by Billy Crystal, Harry Anderson and Howie Mandel.
