Case Dismissed: A Cleveland judge has dismissed rape charges against Joseph Simmons, the rapper “Run” in the group Run-DMC, after his accuser said that there was no evidence to support her charge. The 22-year-old Cleveland woman stood with her head bowed and wiped away tears as she told the judge that she agreed with the prosecutor’s decision to seek dismissal.
