Previously an architectural historian with the National Park Service and a senior planner for the city of Pasadena, Dishman has been a preservation professional for more than a decade.
She is one of two California advisers to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a five-year board of trustee member and current vice-president of the California Preservation Foundation.
