Barry McGuigan of Northern Ireland, former featherweight boxing champion, was found guilty of libel by a Belfast jury and will have to pay his former manager damages.
The fighter had said on a videotape that Barney Eastwood, his former manager, forced him to fight while injured. McGuigan and makers of the tape were ordered to pay $775,000 to Eastwood.
