No Olympian Effort

Re CBS’ Winter Olympics coverage (Feb. 8-23): From what I observed, we were subjected to commercial after commercial and pictures of the athletes’ childhood before the actual competition. The fact that we heard the results on the evening news on another network before we were able to see the competition on CBS was very frustrating. It certainly removed the suspense. The best news was that NBC will cover the Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
