Body of Man Who Chased Dog on Icy Lake Is Found

LEWISTON, N.Y. —
Divers found the body of a man who broke through the ice and drowned while trying to retrieve his dog, which had run onto a frozen lake to chase geese. The body of Robert Raisig, 30, of Ransomville, was found Sunday in 20 feet of water in Lake Meyers, 20 miles north of Buffalo. The dog made it to shore safely, police said.
