Finding a Special: NBC News Productions and Carolco Television have snapped up rights to make a two-hour syndicated special on the newly released findings of investigators who claim they located remnants of Amelia Earhart’s final airplane expedition. Lindsay Wagner will host “Untold Stories: The Search for Amelia Earhart,” which will include investigative reporting by CNBC’s Boyd Matson. Local air date: April 12 on KCAL Channel 9.
