New England Patriots majority owner Victor Kiam agreed to sell his 51% interest in the franchise.
Kiam has accepted an offer from investment counselor James Busch Orthwein of St. Louis, according to a statement released by Walter L. Metcalfe Jr., Orthwein’s lawyer.
