DOCTOR CHARGED: A trial is scheduled to begin Monday in San Fernando Superior Court for Dr. Sandra Soho, who is accused of illegally prescribing more than 5,000 painkillers to two women. Prosecutors charge that Soho tried to addict the women so she could promote drug sales.
