VIDEO OSCAR: Director Mike Rissi of Placentia wants to concentrate on the big screen, but he’s already making a name for himself in home videos. He just won a prestigious Saturn Award for the best sci-fi/horror home video release as director of “Soultaker,” a film about college kids fighting off an angel of death. . . . “The Saturn is kind of the Academy Award for that genre,” says Rissi, 27. “It’s already bringing in lots of phone calls.”
