Gang Gunfire Kills Boy, 17, in Sunland
A 17-year-old boy was killed in a gang-related shooting during a party in Sunland, Los Angeles Police officials said Saturday.
The youth, whose identity was not immediately available, was shot about 10 p.m. Friday at a house in the 10600 block of Helendale Avenue when an argument broke out between two groups of youths, said Sgt. Paul Haberman.
No one was arrested in the shooting, and it was not immediately known if the youth had been involved in the argument, Haberman said.
