Prego Ristorante, 362 N. Camden Drive, Beverly Hills. (310) 277-4171. Seder, in the style of the Jews of ancient Italy. The menu includes matzo with honey nut marmalade; matzo ball soup; lamb loin with onions and baby artichokes; and flourless chocolate almond cake. Kosher wines will be available. $22.75.

Tatiana’s Conscious Kitchen, 17243 Halsted St., Northridge. (818) 993-0444. Seder, vegan-style. No dairy, eggs or animal products are used in this Sephardic-style menu featuring avocado appetizer; pumpkin seed pate; fresh vegetable soup; assorted greens salad; beets in balsamic vinegar; carrots with fresh dill; mushroom stroganoff; herbed new potatoes; asparagus with almond pesto; fresh apple pie; assorted fresh fruits and truffles. Kosher wines and grape juice are also available. $30.

Dinner includes Spago’s own baked matzo, gefilte fish; chicken soup with matzo balls; an entree, vegetables and a selection of Seder sweets, coffee and Hagafen wines. Rabbi Don Gorr of Temple Judea will be officiating. Proceeds benefit Mazon, a Jewish charity that feeds hungry people of all denominations. $135.
