South Pasadena : New Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem
The City Council named Harry Knapp mayor and James Hodge Jr. mayor pro tem in its annual rotation of posts last week.
Knapp replaces Dick Richards, who won reelection to the council April 14.
Paul Zee, the other winner in the recent election, took the oath of office as South Pasadena’s newest council member.
