Zorba’s Sinks Its Teeth Into Easter Fete

Don’t put away those Easter bonnets yet . . . Zorba’s will celebrate the Greek Orthodox Easter on Sunday beginning at 3 p.m. (and continuing until midnight). The menu includes lamb, Greek Easter bread and pastries. There will also be Greek dancing by the Athenian dancers, belly dancing, and live music by the Nondas Band. In the spotlight, as always, will be owner Dimitri Delietos, who will lift two tables with his teeth as part of a Sailors Dance. It all happens at 580 Anton Blvd., A101, Costa Mesa. Winemaker Dan Goldfield will introduce six wines from La Crema Winery at a winemaker dinner at Monique on Monday. Chef Guy Sockrider’s menu includes pike quenelles in lobster sauce and double venison chops with wild mushrooms. Reception, 6:30 p.m.; dinner, 7 p.m. $65 plus tax and gratuity. At the Disneyland Hotel’s Spring Wine Fest 1992 on Sunday, you can taste wines from 21 California wineries. From 2 to 5 p.m. in the Marina Ballroom, sample varietals from such vineyards as Benziger, Chateau St. Michelle, Glen Ellen, Kendall-Jackson, Robert Mondavi, Simi and Villa Mt. Eden. Complimentary fruit, cheese and crackers will be served. Admission is $20 per person, which includes souvenir wine glass and validated parking. Door prizes will be awarded. All profits will be donated to the Jeffery Lynne Neighborhood Center to benefit needy families in the Anaheim area. Reservations: (714) 956-6408. The hotel is located at 1150 W.
